currybarker.com is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Curry Barker or his representatives. Auditions submitted here are not sent to Curry Barker unless explicitly stated.
Who we are
This website and its paid plans are operated by Hasan Furkan Günay. By using the service, you are contracting with Hasan Furkan Günay. For questions about these terms, email cybertacusinvestment@gmail.com.
Payments & merchant of record
Subscriptions are sold through Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle Limited processes the payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax or VAT on our behalf. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's own terms and privacy notice.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your information accurate.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content according to the visibility settings you choose. You must own or have permission for everything you upload.
Visibility & consent
Before publishing an audition you confirm that videos set to Public may be watched by any visitor, and videos set to Casting-only may be watched by registered casting professionals. Private videos are visible only to you.
Performance feedback
Feedback is automated guidance to help improve self-tapes. It is not an objective measure of acting ability and is never used to rank actors.
Prohibited content
No nudity, sexual content, harassment, hate speech, content involving minors, impersonation, or content you do not have rights to. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of what you upload and give us the limited licence described above. Curry Barker's name, films and related material belong to their owners; we claim no rights over them and use them only to describe and discuss the work.
Reporting & removal
Anyone can report content using the Report option. You may delete your videos, profile or entire account at any time from your dashboard.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or remove accounts, profiles or videos that break these rules, that infringe someone else's rights, or that put other users at risk. We tell you the reason where we can, and you can ask us to review a decision.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment; see that page for how to ask.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee auditions, roles or contact from casting professionals. The service is provided as is.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects a paid plan we say so on this page and, where we can, by email.
